Scarecrow Spooktacular

Come to Veteran's Park in Downtown Homer and set up a scarecrow that represents your business, club, hobby or family. If you have a business along Historic Hwy 441, feel free to put your scarecrow in front of your business. All scarecrows must be made from recycled or reused items along with wood and straw. Get creative and have fun. Entries will be judged with winners receiving prizes. You can use props such as bales of hay, chairs, farm equipment or other items that tie into your scarecrows theme. Feel free to put up a sign letting everyone know that this is your scarecrow.
