Part-time Leasing Agent needed.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and leasing residential properties, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of property management, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment.

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
• Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, contracts, and property maintenance requests using OneSite and CMMS systems.
• Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize property revenue.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Support administrative tasks related to real estate operations, including filing, data entry, and office organization.

• Strong upselling abilities to effectively promote property features and services.
• Proficiency in OneSite software for managing leasing processes and tenant information.
• Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in an office environment efficiently.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative functions and property management practices.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Sales experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to attract and retain tenants.
